Sierra Jones joined Wiglesworth-Rindom in February 2024 as a Client Relations Specialist, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. She acts as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers, ensuring each person receives high-quality coverage at competitive premiums. Sierra is passionate about changing the negative perception of insurance by making it approachable, understandable, and genuinely valuable.
In 2025, Sierra earned the Trusted Risk Advisor (TRA™) designation—a certification that equips agents with a strategic, results-driven risk management framework. This training enhances her ability to guide clients with clarity and purpose, aligning perfectly with her goal to provide service that’s not about selling, but about solving. As Sierra puts it, “I would love to navigate the real-world application that’s relevant to each person’s individual needs.”
Before joining our team, Sierra spent three years with USAA, where she deepened her industry expertise. Her earlier experience in restaurant management shaped her exceptional customer service skills and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and having spent time in Maui, Hawaii, Sierra developed a profound love for the outdoors. Now based in Florida, she and her kids enjoy kayaking, hiking, and discovering new trails and springs.
