Sierra Jones started working with Wiglesworth-Rindom in February of 2024. As a client relations specialist, she acts as a liaison between the consumer and the companies, ensuring clients have high-quality coverage with competitive premiums. She strives to change the negative perception of the industry by making it easy to understand, as well as highlighting its necessity and value. When asked about the service she wants to provide, Sierra explains “I would love to navigate the real world application that’s relevant to each person’s individual needs.” Before joining our team, Sierra spent three years with USAA; during this time, she cultivated a vast knowledge of the insurance industry. Prior to this, Sierra’s experience was in restaurant management and attributes her insight to customer service to that time. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to stellar customer service to the Wiglesworth-Rindom team.
Growing up in Salt Lake City, Utah and later spending time in Maui, Hawaii, Sierra developed a profound love for the outdoors. Sierra and her kids love exploring the outdoors; whether it’s kayaking, hiking, or discovering new trails and springs. This deep connection to nature fuels her adventurous spirit and desire to embrace the world’s beauty. She is driven by growth, knowledge, emotional intelligence, integrity and love.
