Paul joined the Wiglesworth-Rindom team in 2022. In his time here, he has worked to make sure that everyone who calls receives excellent customer service. Paul recognizes that insurance can seem unnecessarily complex and mysterious to many people. He is committed to ensuring that every client understand their coverages, and their advantages. Paul’s mission aligns with ours; “I love that we make an effort to truly educate a client and equip them with the knowledge to make educated insurance decisions in the future.”

Paul’s working career has been centered around customer service, so he’s seen it all, the good and the bad. He keeps his perspective rooted, and notes customer service has a trap of disconnecting from the person on the other end of the call; instead of this robotic-approach, Paul remembers “the interaction you’re having with them might be one out of dozens, but to them it could be the most important interaction of their day. Make it a good one.” This is why Paul leads every interaction with empathy, honesty, integrity and consistency.

Outside of work, Paul’s passion lies in music, playing bass guitar, guitar, piano, and anything else he can get his hands on. He goes to concerts and festivals when he can. Paul also enjoys cooking, working out, and leading a healthy lifestyle — but also allows himself to indulge and live a little.
