Linda joined Wiglesworth-Rindom in October of 2023 as vice president of agency operations, after 23 years in the industry. In 1997, she started as an account manager in the personal lines insurance industry, before transitioning to managing the personal lines team. She’s worked with Marsh & McLennan as well as Celedinas Insurance and most recently helped Squeeze start up their operations. With Wiglesworth-Rindom, Linda works on processes for developing efficiency, training and mentoring for current and incoming team members. With her background in the industry, Linda notes that her outlook is “striving to hire people that want insurance to be their career – not just a job.”
When asked what she enjoys about Wiglesworth-Rindom, Linda says she “loves the culture and collaboration. [It’s a culture where] employees come first along with the clients.”
Linda is a Florida native, and as of January 2024, has been married 40 years. Outside of work, Linda loves to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Carla and Luke. Whether it’s a day at home, or going out to Legoland, they always find something to do.
