Brady started working with Wiglesworth-Rindom Insurance in 2014 after Mark Rindom told him of the opportunity. In 2014, Brady worked as General Manager, with responsibilities including recruitment, HR and IT. Brady was promoted to Vice President January of 2021, where he led the Customer Relations Department beginning in November 2021; all the while still overseeing HR and IT. He branched out once again and has taken on the new role of an agent while still overseeing HR and IT in 2024.
Brady loves the investment that Wiglesworth-Rindom puts into their employees; he says, “Most of our team comes to us with little to no experience, and they have become some of the top insurance professionals in the state.”
In 2007, Brady graduated from Kansas State University with his degrees in business management and HR management. At Kansas State, Brady attended with Mark and Matt Rindom, and was roommates with Mark. Outside of the office, Brady enjoys watching sports and spending time with close friends and family.
