Annie started working with Wiglesworth-Rindom in December of 2023 as a client relations specialist. In her role, she aims to reduce client frustration by ensuring they fully understand their policies; through her work here, she understands how important it is to know how you’re covered before the time of a claim. “I want to take the time to listen and leave each client interaction with them feeling heard and comfortable with their policy,” notes Annie, when discussing her outlook on the industry. This standpoint of insurance is one that our team at Wiglesworth-Rindom strives to deliver to anyone who calls our agency. With extensive experience in public-facing roles, Annie has always strived to provide the best possible experience. Her background includes various volunteer and job roles, all focused on helping people through their concerns and finding unique solutions.
Honesty, empathy, patience, respect, faith, and humor drive Annie in her work and life. Outside of work, Annie has a heart for volunteering. She has volunteered with Advance the Faith since 2020 and even traveled to the Bahamas in August of 2024 to help teens prepare for life after graduation. When she’s not volunteering, you may find her exploring local farmers markets, attending music festivals, and spending quality time with friends.
