“We Give Back” Winner — January 2023

Janet Riley Abraham donated $500 to Flamingo Gardens as part of Wiglesworth-Rindom’s “We Give Back” Charity Referral Program.

Flamingo Gardens was established in 1927 and is one of the Oldest Botanical Gardens the South Florida area. The garden features over 3,000 species of rare and exotic native and non-native plants & trees. The organization’s mission is to “help preserve and provide education about the natural and cultural heritage of South Florida and the Everglades.” The gardens are also home to the Everglades Wildlife Sanctuary that features five different ecological zones, each focusing on different native South Florida animals that have been permanently injured or are not able to be released back into the wildlife.
