“We Give Back” Winner — April 2024

Margaret & Arnold Mazel donated $500 to Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options, also known as JAFCO, as part of Wiglesworth-Rindom’s “We Give Back” Charity Referral Program.

JAFCO, Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options, was founded in 1992 by the Simon Family to provide service to at risk children and families in south Florida. JAFCO’s mission is to support Jewish children and families affected by abuse, neglect, trauma, or developmental disabilities. JAFCO has four locations located throughout South Florida, and one in Pennsylvania. The JAFCO Children’s Village in Sunrise, FL has an emergency shelter and six group homes for up to 52 children. They attend local schools or are transported to their home schools in Boca or Miami Beach. Over 1,000 children have found safety at the Weicholz Family Campus in the past 12 years
