Natalie, better known as Nat, started working with Wiglesworth-Rindom in 2023. As a client relations specialist, Nat works to help everyone who calls in better understand their policy. She strives to make stronger connections and relationships, Nat believes that “you should be able to trust and rely on your insurance agency with all of your big life moments!” Before joining our team, Nat worked for eight years at Old Navy as customer and operations manager. She appreciates all the experience taught her about how to “bring store culture and customer service together to create a trustworthy and knowledgeable experience!” Nat wants to bring great communication, hard work, and honesty to every interaction.
Nat was raised in a Filipino home and loves spending time with her family. You will find her with her husband, Jake, and their puppies, Taya and Boba. Outside of work, you may also find her hiking, at the beach, gardening, or visiting art museums. Nat enjoys also painting and drawing, and always learns fun facts about famous art pieces and their creator!
